Qualifications
- Minimum one year of caregiving, home care, or direct care experience.
- CPR certification is required.
- Must have a valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Accompany clients to appointments and run errands.
- Observe and report changes in client condition.
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
