Job summary

Haven Home Care in Summit County, Ohio is seeking Home Health Aides to assist older adults at client homes. Multiple pay paths are offered: $18/hour via STNA license, $16–$18/hour with an HHA certificate or interview-based; $16/hour with supervised experience.

Paid training, biweekly W-2 pay, and drive time between visits continue to be provided. Role involves helping with daily living activities, mobility, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Ohio STNA license, active or expired.
• HHA certificate or 1+ year of supervised home care experience.
• Able to pass background checks and travel between clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Transport to appointments and accompany to activities.
• Offer companionship to improve well-being.
