Job summary

North River Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers in Boston, MA to join our supportive team. You will provide compassionate care, assist with activities of daily living, and help clients maintain independence at home.

We offer competitive pay ($20-$25/hr), weekly pay or immediate access through DailyPay, and a benefits package including 401(k) with company match and travel pay. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• CNA or HHA certification (required).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle or transportation.
• References and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients, typically seniors or people with disabilities, live a rewarding daily life.
• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, hygiene, and errands.
• Being a pleasant, engaging, and supportive companion.
• Being attentive to clients' needs and alerting necessary parties if there is a safety or health risk.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience
