Job summary

North River Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers in Massachusetts to join our team. We offer competitive pay ($20-25/hr) with weekly pay or same-day wage access through DailyPay, plus benefits and ongoing training.

If you have CNA or HHA certification, a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle with insurance, and at least one year of caregiving, you can make a meaningful difference by supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities in daily living activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• CNA or HHA certification (required).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
• Must be able to provide references.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients, typically seniors or people with disabilities, live a rewarding daily life.
• Assisting clients with wide range of Activities of Daily Living, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, hygiene, and errands.
• Being a pleasant, engaging, and supportive companion.
• Being attentive to clients' needs and alerting necessary parties if there is a safety or health risk.
