• Provide gentle, dignified personal care assistance with morning hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
• Help clients safely prepare for their day and vital medical appointments (such as dialysis schedules).
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and guarded walking throughout the home.
• Prepare nutritious meals, maintain clean and organized surroundings, and manage light housekeeping.
• Build lasting bonds with clients and their families as a vital, trusted member of their care circle.
