Comfort Keepers in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a Full-Time Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care for clients aging in place. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and safety to help clients maintain independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care, family caregiving, or direct care (CNAs, HHAs, and experienced caregivers welcomed).
• A calm, empathetic bedside manner centered around patient safety and dignity.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable, insured personal transportation.
• Clean background check and a dependable commitment to your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide gentle, dignified personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and guarded walking throughout the home.
• Offer patient, compassionate reassurance for clients living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or visual impairments.
• Prepare balanced meals, maintain clean living spaces, and keep daily routines running smoothly.
• Build lasting bonds with clients and their families as a trusted member of their daily care circle.
