Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to support clients with mobility limitations in their homes. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

The position encompasses in-home care, ADL assistance, and companionship, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and clear communication with the care team. A flexible schedule is available and growth opportunities exist within the rapidly expanding

Qualifications

• Experience with Hoyer lift required.
• Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) required for Medicare compliance.
• Ability to pass background check.
• HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, etc.).
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team.
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
