Job summary

A Place at Home is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes under RN supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, medications reminders, and light housekeeping while maintaining safety and privacy. Training and ongoing education are provided.

Ideal candidates hold a state-approved HHA certification, HS diploma, and have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).

Key Responsibilities:

Skills/Qualifications:

• Completion of state-approved Home Health Aide certification course.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of patience and understanding.
• Physically able to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and physical movement as necessary.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
