Job summary

A Place at Home is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate, in-home care tailored to each client's plan. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support the supervising nurses to ensure high-quality care in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include ADL support, meal prep, medication reminders, safety during transfers, and maintaining documentation with HIPAA compliance. A valid HHA certification, HS diploma, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications
