Job summary

Senior Helpers - Greater Cincinnati is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home in West Chester, Lebanon, Fairfield and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay based on experience, and a friendly work environment with recognition events. Candidates should have elder care experience, be at least 18, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Training and opportunities for certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for elders required.
• Experience as HHA/CNA/STNA preferred.
• Familiarity with dementia or Alzheimer's care a plus.
• Availability to work 8 am–6 pm preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors and families.
• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with transportation and mobility.
• Offer companionship and restore independence.
• Ensure safety and follow care plans.

Requirements:

• Has experience taking care of elders
• Has experience as a Home Health Aideand/or CNA or STNA
• Having experience taking care of elders who have Dementia or Alzheimer's is a plus
• If possible, available to work between 8 am and 6 pm
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Has a valid Driver's License
• Have reliable transportation
