Job summary

Senior Helpers is urgently hiring for multiple areas including Fairfield. We provide in-home care to seniors, focusing on dignity, respect, and personalized support. The role involves personal care, companionship, and helping clients maintain independence in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• Has experience taking care of elders.
• Has experience as a Home Health Aide and/or CNA or STNA.
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's is a plus.
• Available to work between 8 am and 6 pm if possible.
• Must be at least 18 years old;
• Must have a valid Driver's License;
• Have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and staff.
• Assist with personal care.
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Transportation.
• Companionship.
• Restoring independence to clients in need of assistance.

Requirements
