Job summary

Associated Home Care is hiring Part-Time Personal Care Assistants and Home Health Aides to support clients across Massachusetts. Join a compassionate team focused on safe, in-home care that promotes independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation is required.
• HHA Certificate, Personal Care, or CNA License preferred
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
