Job summary

Johns Hopkins Care at Home is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate personal care and non-nursing support to patients in their homes. You will travel to patients’ homes and work under the supervision of a registered nurse to promote safety and independence.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, an active CNA license in Maryland, CPR certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), a valid Maryland driver's license with auto insurance,

Position Details:

Location: Anne Arundel County (Lintichum to Annapolis)

Hours: Part-time, 9:00am - 3:30pm, M-F, 30 hours/week

Job Summary:

The Home Health Aide is an integral member of the home health services team, responsible for delivering compassionate personal care as well as assisting with basic, non-nursing support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you will travel to patients’ homes and provide hands‑on care that promotes their safety, independence, and overall well‑being.These activities are performed in accordance with a written assignment and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Salary Range: Minimum $15.00/hour - Maximum $22.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
