Job Description: Home Health Aide

We're seeking flexible (part-time, full-time, or weekend only) certified Home Health Aides in the Chester County area to provide essential care at the heart of our clients' lives. As a home health aide with Assisting Hands, you will deliver exceptional care that helps clients stay safe and comfortable at home.

Duties

1. Provide support in personal hygiene, grooming, and daily activities, including bathing, oral care, and dressing.
2. Measure and record vital signs, report deviations, and assist with medication management under nurse supervision.
3. Assist clients with mobility tasks, such as transferring and walking aids.
4. Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean environment.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members, maintaining accurate records.
6. Follow infection control practices, maintain confidentiality, complete ongoing education, and demonstrate professionalism.
