Join our team as a flexible, certified Home Health Aide in the Chester County area. We are looking for part-time, full-time, or weekend-only caregivers to provide exceptional home care and support to our clients, helping them stay safe and comfortable at home.

Responsibilities

1. Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily activities, including bathing, oral care, and dressing.
2. Measure and record vital signs, report deviations, and assist with medication management under nurse supervision.
3. Support clients with mobility tasks, such as transferring and walking aids.
4. Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and maintaining a clean living environment.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members, maintaining accurate care records.
6. Follow infection control practices, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism and ongoing education.
