AdvisaCare is hiring Part-time and Full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Med Techs to support residents in our Independent Living Community in Charlevoix and Petoskey, MI. Join a team that prioritizes compassionate care and offers on-the-job training.

We have all shifts available (6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6am) with competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and benefits for eligible staff. Immediate interviews are available.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MORC Certification for Med Techs preferred/required for applicable roles.
• CPR certification required or available.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license needed.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

• Provide hands-on care and companionship to residents in an Independent Living Community.
• Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ wellbeing.
• Collaborate with a care team to ensure safe, compassionate care.
