Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
• Provide companionship and support to patients
• Monitor patients' health and report changes to healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment according to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by professionals

• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
