Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• CPR/First Aid Certified.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide companionship and support through conversation and activities.
• Monitor patients' health and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment per safety protocols.

• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned
