Role Description

Under supervision of licensed staff, the Home Health Aide assists clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, ambulation, prescribed exercises, meal preparation (including therapeutic diets), and maintaining an organized environment.

Essential Duties

• Assist with personal hygiene, skin and mouth cleansing, hair care, bathing, and ambulation.
• Assist with prescribed exercises.
• Keep client environment safe and organized; change linens; prepare and assist with meals.
• Monitor vital signs like blood pressure and weight.
• Participate in developing and implementing care plans; communicate client needs.
• Follow policies, maintain confidentiality, and document care.
• Participate in case conferences and promote health education.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid Home Health Aide Certificate issued by the State of California. Provide proof via upload or certificate number. Meet minimum qualifications by the application deadline.

Some positions may require bilingual skills, CPR certification, or other specific qualifications.

Selection Process
