Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers to commit to 12 hours a week, providing companionship and daily living assistance to clients in their homes. You will support with activities, mobility, and personal care.

Competitive pay starting at $16/hour for Home Health Aide, with STNA at $17/hour and some cases up to $25/hour based on acuity and distance. Weekly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, referrals, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior; ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
