MENTOR Adult Day Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care to clients with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and document services while supporting independence in the comfort of the client's home.
Qualified candidates hold an HHA or CNA certificate, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and are comfortable using mobile devices for documentation.
MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Schedule: Flexible Hours | Based on Availability
Wage: $19.00/hour + Mileage Reimbursement
