Job summary

CoxHealth is hiring a Home Health Aide to provide in-home personal care services across Springfield, MO. The role supports patients under guidance from registered professionals, with a day shift and 40 hours per week.

Requirements include HHA competency and basic skills tests, plus six months of paid caregiver experience. An active MO CNA/CMT/CMA license or equivalent is required, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Completion of HHA competency test before hire.
• Completion of HHA basic skills test within 90 days.
• Six months paid experience as an agency caregiver.
• MO CNA/CMT/CMA license or grandfathered accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-home personal care and other health-related services per directions.
• Follow plans prepared by registered professionals with minimal supervision.

Home Health Aide:

Education:

• Required: Completion of Home Health Aide competency test to be administered by CoxHealth at Home staff before Hire.
• Required: Completion of Home Health Aide basic skills test to be administered by CoxHealth at Home staff within 90 days of hire.

Experience:
