Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking an in-home Home Health Aide to provide personal care and health-related services under the direction of registered professionals. The position requires completion of HHA competency and basic skills tests, and a valid driver's license for patient transport.

The role advocates compassionate, patient-centered care in a home setting with scheduled daytime hours and a 40-hour work week. Benefits include sign-on and relocation bonuses and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Six months of paid experience as an agency caregiver.
• Active Driver's License required.
• Completion of Home Health Aide competency test before hire.
• Completion of Home Health Aide basic skills test within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides in home personal care services and other health-related services per directions.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Coordinates with registered professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Education
