Responsibilities

At Community Mercy Home Care, we embody our mission of delivering hope and healing. As a Home Health Aide, your responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
• Supporting patients with mobility and transfers.
• Completing documentation accurately and promptly.
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding client needs and concerns.
• Following care plans and contributing to personalized care strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
• Listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
• One year of home health or nurse aide experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross, complying with state requirements.

Pay Range

$15.62 - $21.47 per hour
