Stand Out Home Care is a Hamilton, NJ-based home care agency hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) dedicated to high-quality, compassionate care. You will assist with daily living activities and provide companionship, following the nurse’s care plan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
