Stand Out Home Care is a growing home care agency based in Hamilton, NJ, hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality in-home care and making a real difference in people’s lives. As a CHHA you will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow care plans from the nurse. A NJ CHHA license and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
