Stand Out Home Care, based in Hamilton, NJ, is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) dedicated to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care. You will support clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and follow a nurse‑driven care plan in the homes of clients across New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license must be held.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
