Job summary

Mango Home Health is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide for one-to-one patient care in Plainsboro. The role offers flexible shifts, clinical support, and mileage reimbursement.

You will provide hands-on ADL support, home environment care, medication reminders, and therapeutic engagement in patients’ homes. Ideal candidates hold a state-approved HHA certificate, have at least 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).
• Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, light laundry, and maintain a sanitized space.
• Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe changes, document vitals or red-flag signs.
• Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks.
• Accurate Documentation – Record care notes and concerns in the digital charting system before each shift ends.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
