You will support clients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate has an HHA certificate and at least one year of experience. Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.
  
  
• Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.
  
  
• Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.
  
  
• Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
  
  
• Accurate Documentation – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).
