A leading home healthcare agency is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one patient care in Freehold. You will support clients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate has an HHA certificate and at least one year of experience. Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.
  
  
• Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.
  
  
• Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.
  
  
• Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
  
  
• Accurate Documentation – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed
