Job summary

PurposeCare is hiring Home Health Aides to care for clients in our community. Join our family and provide companion support, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal prep with compassionate, reliable service.

We offer paid orientation, competitive compensation, weekly pay, and opportunities to apply for roles at other PurposeCare locations. You may be required to come to Elyria for one day of orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Positive attitude with strong communication.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
• Criminal background check required.
• 1.5 years of related field experience or HHA/STNA certification.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
• A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Must have 1.5 yrs. Recent Exp. In Related Field or HHA or STNA certificate
