Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Aide to support clients at home, providing compassionate, reliable in-home care. Orientation is paid, and employees join a growing team serving the Midwest community.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Candidates should be 18+, with a background check clearance and 1.5 years of related experience or an HHA/STNA certificate. Flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be comfortable performing personal care, grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• 1.5 yrs. recent experience in related field or HHA/STNA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide companion support and caring assistance to clients.
• Assist with personal care, meal prep and light housekeeping as needed.

• Minimum 18 years old
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
• A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Must have 1.5 yrs. Recent Exp. In Related Field or HHA or STNA certificate
