Home Instead, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients in their homes across the Minneapolis area. Roles include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship, with flexible morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, or caregiver), but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current car insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass two background checks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying).
• Meal preparation and assistance with meals.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation to errands, appointments, and activities.
• Companionship and meaningful engagement.
