Traditional Home Health Care in Loyalsock Township, PA seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide to support pediatric and adult patients in their homes. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules and requires dedication to high-quality home-based care.

You’ll follow individualized care plans, provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and report changes to the nurse manager to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Job Title: Home Health Aide
Job Location: Loyalsock Township, PA
Rates: $13.00 - $16.00
Shift Needed: Monday through Friday 2:30pm-5:30pm for after school
