Always Better Care in Florida (Longwood) is hiring Home Health Aides/CNAs to support clients at home with compassionate, person-centered care. Join a dedicated team delivering safety, independence, and quality of life for clients living at home.

We offer flexible shifts (full-time, part-time, temporary), competitive pay at $17–$18 per hour, and weekly pay options. In-person, locally focused caregiving with ongoing training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) credential
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Background check screening required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Love for helping others and a heart for service

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Monitor vital signs and report changes
• Support clients with daily activities around the home
• Foster dignity, independence, and comfort for each client
