Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking qualified Home Health Aides, STNAs, PCAs and CNAs to support clients in the London, Ohio area and surrounding counties. You will provide compassionate personal care and assist with daily living activities in patients' homes.

Requirements include at least 1 year of recent experience, ability to pass a background check, be 18+, and be able to lift 25 lbs. Competitive pay $16–$18 per hour with $11/hour travel time pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing Facility within the past year.
• Minimum of 1 full year of recent experience.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Competency evaluation and skills assessment may be required.
• Able to independently lift 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including baths, oral hygiene, grooming, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, and basic housekeeping; laundry and meal preparation.

Looking for Home Health Aide's for the London, Ohio area and surrounding counties.

Purpose Care is looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Home Health Aides, STNA's, PCAs and CNA Caregivers to care for the needs of our clients.

Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care to include:
  • Baths, Showers, Bed Baths, Sponge Baths
  • Oral hygiene
  • Shampoos
  • Changing bed linens
  • Assisting patients with dressing/undressing and grooming
  • Assisting the patient with toileting activities
  • Keeping patient’s living area clean and orderly
• Doing patient’s laundry, cleaning and meal preparations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing Facility within the past year
• Minimum of 1 full year of recent experience
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Candidates must complete a written Competency evaluation.
• Must complete a skills assessment.
• Able to independently lift 25lbs.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and impaired.
• Demonstrate patience, and good personal hygiene
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
