Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking Home Health Aides to support clients in the Georgetown, OH area and surrounding counties. Responsibilities include personal care, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and assisting with daily activities.

Candidates should have recent HHA/Nursing Facility experience, pass a background check, and complete competency evaluations. We offer competitive compensation from $16-$17 per hour plus travel time pay of $11 per hour, with schedule flexibility and a referral bonus of

Qualifications

• Must have worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing facility within the past year
• Minimum of 1 full year of recent experience
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Candidates must complete a written Competency evaluation
• Must complete a skills assessment
• Able to independently lift 25lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with dressing/undressing, linen changes
• Keep patient living area clean and orderly
• Perform laundry, cleaning and meal preparation

Looking for Home Health Aide's for the Georgetown, Ohio area and surrounding counties.

Purpose Care is looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Home Health Aides, STNA's, PCAs and CNA Caregivers to care for the needs of our clients.

Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Providing personal care to include:
a. Baths, Showers, Bed Baths, Sponge Baths
b. Oral hygiene
c. Shampoos
d. Changing bed linens
e. Assisting patients with dressing/undressing and grooming
f. Assisting the patient with toileting activities
g. Keeping patient’s living area clean and orderly

1. Doing patient’s laundry, cleaning and meal preparations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing Facility within the past year
• Minimum of 1 full year of recent experience
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Candidates must complete a written Competency evaluation.
