Job summary

Heritage Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. You will provide personal care, comfort, and emotional support to patients and families in home settings, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and tailoring visits to patient needs.

OH state licensure is required. Home health experience is a plus, but a caring, proactive mindset and strong communication skills will help you thrive in our flexible, patient‑centered culture that values

EDUCATION:

Certified with OH state licensure.
