Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Lexington, SC. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, providing personal care, and ensuring overall patient comfort and safety. Day-to-day tasks include helping with bathing, dressing, feeding, and other personal hygiene needs. Additionally, the Home Health Aide will support patients with mobility and exercise, perform light housekeeping tasks, and communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any concerns or changes in health status.
