Job summary

Assisted Loved Ones Llc in Indianapolis is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA to provide quality in-home care to clients. You will assist with daily living activities in a safe home setting, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Certification as HHA or CNA is preferred, with competitive pay and benefits available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (if transporting clients).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers.
• Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean living environment.
• Remind clients to take medications as directed (non-medication administration).
• Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or mental condition.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow the client's individualized care plan and agency policies.

• Negative TB Test (less than 2 years old)
