Job summary

Western CT Home Care Inc in Danbury, CT is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist patients at home under supervision of licensed staff. You will help with daily living activities, meal prep, and light homemaking in a home setting.

Required CNA credential and a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle; minimum six months of related experience is expected. Position involves significant physical effort and home visits may be in varied environments.

Summary:

Provides assistance with patient care activities as directed on the patient home health aide care plan and under the direction of the registered licensed professional staff. Independently assists the patient with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation/cooking and/or feeding and provides basic homemaking and laundry assistance for the patient in the home.

Minimum of six months job related experience.

Current valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and access to a good working vehicle are required.

Working Conditions:
