Job summary

A WARM EMBRACE AT HOME CARE is hiring a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care on Cleveland's West Side. You will support clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment in their own familiar spaces.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of HHA experience, a valid HHA or CNA certification if available, a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience required.
• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Driver’s license required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and other tasks related to client care
• Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Follow established plans of care and communicate changes or concerns appropriately
