Job summary

Trusted Ally Home Care is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to support clients in their homes with personal care, companionship, and basic health-related activities. You will work closely with families to promote safety, comfort, and independence, while maintaining clear documentation and strong communication with the care team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (CNA preferred), reliable transportation, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a home health aide, caregiver, or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Understanding of basic healthcare practices, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
