Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support individuals in their homes, focusing on independence, safety, and well-being. Experience helps but attitude and responsibility matter most.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes, help with mobility using equipment, and perform light housekeeping while maintaining HIPAA privacy.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
