Trusted Ally Home Care in Pahrump, NV is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily personal care, basic health tasks, and mobility, while promoting safety and comfort.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; CNA preferred, prior HHA experience, ability to lift, reliable vehicle, and a willingness to work independently or on a team. We offer PTO, insurance, 401k, and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a home health aide or caregiver.
• Understanding of basic healthcare practices, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities
