Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CNA-Completion of 75, 120 or 150 hour Certified Nursing Assistant Pgm/Must be in State C.N.A registry
• HHA-Successful completion of a competency evaluating program
• CNA-One year of Certified Nursing Aide-Home Health Hospice
• HHA-One year home health aide, patient tech or other related experience and/or passes CHI Health at Home’s competency
