Job summary

ANC Health at Home in Columbus, Indiana, is seeking a Home Health Aide to support patients at home with daily living activities and safe mobility. You will follow care plans, document care, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to meet individual needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a completed competency evaluation, Nurse Aide Registry listing, 1 year of HH/NA experience, and current CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
• Candidates must be listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
• One year home health aide or nurse aide experience is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing and feeding.

Pay Range

$17.24 - $24.35 /hour
