HomeWell Care Services, Inc. in Buckeye, Arizona is looking for compassionate Caregivers to provide non-medical support and assistance to seniors in their homes. Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, and personal care tasks such as bathing and grooming. Candidates should preferably have CNA or HHA certification and a track record of caring for seniors. The position offers a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if transporting clients.
• Current TB test documentation.

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

• Provide non-medical support services, including companionship and emotional support


• Light housekeeping and meal preparation


• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting


• Medication reminders and mobility assistance


• Transportation to appointments and errands

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are caring, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care.

Preferred qualifications include

• CNA or HHA certification preferred


• Minimum of 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Reliable transportation


• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if transporting clients


• Current TB test documentation


• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening


• Physically able to perform caregiving duties

Additional consideration may be given to

• Recently licensed CNAs or PCAs


• Individuals with family caregiving experience


• Applicants providing companionship and housekeeping services only
