Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and related services in patients’ homes under RN supervision. You will observe and report patient status, document care, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

Fluency in English and reliable transportation are required. Applicants should have high school diploma (preferred), and CNA/CHHA program completion or 1+ year experience in home health, hospital, or nursing facility settings.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows written and verbal instructions in English.
• Demonstrates calm, professional demeanor in home settings.
• Self-directed with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• One year or more as Home Health Aide or CNA preferred; or CNA/CHHA program completed.
