Care From My Heart is seeking a compassionate home health aide to provide personalized in-home care, supporting daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and companionship while upholding dignity and privacy for clients.

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable home health aide to provide personalized support to individuals in their homes. In this role, you will help clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence while assisting with activities of daily living and offering attentive companionship. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a respectful and supportive manner.

Pay ranges from $19 to $25 per hour based on experience, reliability, and personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting support
• Provide meal preparation and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation as directed in the care plan
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote comfort and well-being
• Help with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor
• Assist with reminders for medications, appointments, and daily routines when permitted by policy
• Follow care plans, safety guidelines, and confidentiality requirements at all times

Qualifications

Work Environment
