Job summary

Valley Home Care in Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to support clients in the comfort of their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain independence and safety for those in your care.

No formal certification is required, but strong caregiving skills, independence, and clear communication with the care team are essential. You will work with a supportive team and enjoy flexible schedules and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to support individuals in the comfort of their homes. This role focuses on helping clients maintain independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment

• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior

• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning

• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
